Bringing Vision to Value

After decades in telecom and mobile, what’s most striking isn’t how much has changed — it’s how central connectivity has become to everything else.

Mobility, IoT, location intelligence, smart devices — and now a healthy dollop of AI — sit atop an expanding network powered by new spectrum, new service models, and seamless API integration. Connectivity is no longer a utility; it’s foundational infrastructure.

In my corner of the world, that looks like:

·       Spectrum that’s now space-enabled

·       Coverage as a key competitive differentiator (again)

·       Roaming economics being completely rewritten

·       eSIM + cloud enabling global MVNOs to scale almost overnight

·       Regulatory frameworks — still racing to catch up

The biggest challenge for leadership today isn’t just getting the technology right. It’s navigating the intersection of innovation, regulation, competition, IP, and complex partnerships — and knowing which bets will truly scale value.

That’s where I focus my time: helping a select group of growth-stage companies, their executives and boards, translate vision into value.

With decades of operator experience, corporate development expertise, and a legal and regulatory lens, I know the difference between a speed bump and a roadblock — and when to push, when to pivot, and when to pull the C-suite into the conversation.

Experience matters. Let’s jump on a Zoom and talk about what challenges you’re facing, and how I can help.
